And now, the STORY, One day, Swiftshadow the golden tom was hunting, but not his usual best. For some reason, a sense of doubt was washing over his pelt. He sniffed around ferns for mice and voles to get his mind off the doubt, but stayed in his mind like ball of moss to a kit. Swiftshadow lifted his nose. Flameclan! they were on his territory! He waved his tail to best friend, a gray she-cat, Rockshine, who was hunting nearby. She trotted happily over, unaware of the coming danger. When she stopped next to him, she smelled it, too. "Flameclan!" She growled, "What are they doing on our territory?" Swiftshadow sighed. "That's what I was going to ask." Rockshine padded to a nearby bush and sniffed around, and a little while later she mouthed, "There's one here!" Swiftshadow, keeping low, went to her side and looked through leaves and branches on the bush, seeing a very thin black she-cat sleeping comfortably in a niche under it. Slowly but carefully Swiftshadow unsheathed his claws and tore some twigs off the bush so that a hole big enough for a cat appeared. The small swishing sound had woken the she-cat, and seeing the sight of them she went farther downwards, and soon, disappeared. "Where'd she go?" Said a stunned Rockshine. She went through the whole, and at least 30 seconds later she came un gasping, "There's a tunnel that leads into all four clans!"
