WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
This site is dedicated to Erin Hunter's books- the Warriors series. If you do not know about these books, they are about 4 clans (WindClan, ThunderClan, ShadowClan, and Riverclan), but in the first series they are mostly about a cat named Rusty, who joins ThunderClan and learns the ways of Warriors. When people like these books, it is always fun to make RPG sites because it is easy to portray the lives of clan cats in this way- you are born, you follow the ways of the clan and the warrior code.

WHAT IS THE WARRIOR CODE?
The warrior code is a set of rules laid down by StarClan (the ancestors of clan cats that have died). To be a true clan cat, you must obey and trust these rules. To see the warrior code, CLICK HERE.

HOW DO I START TO ROLE-PLAY A CAT ON THIS SITE?
Of course, a true fan would want to get started right away! On this site, we do not use the original clan names made by Erin Hunter, out of our respect for her ideas- we do not want to role-play cats in a clan that have their separate unique personalities created by Erin Hunter. It is she who is the only person who knows her cats and clans well enough to know how they would act in a situation. Instead, we use the clan names:
ICECLAN
CAVECLAN
FIELDCLAN

Each clan has it's own leader and is separate from others. Leaders are played by the very members of this site! Many of the cats in the clans are played by members, but some others aren't. Those cats and their personalities are "up for grabs." If you don't want to play an already made cat, but have ideas of a cat of your own, members are always free to make up their own cats!

So how do you begin role-playing either an already created cat, or one of your own? Just pick the clan you want to join, scroll down, and your instructions are in capitalized bold red letters. Just follow those instructions!

CAN I PLAY A CAT IN THE TRIBE?
Yes! If you want to play a cat in the tribe, that is why we added a tribe! To join, just do the same as joining a clan, except there are different roles: prey-hunters and cave-guards. If you are lucky enough, you might just become the leader/healer! On this site, the tribe is Tribe of Endless Sky. To go there, CLICK HERE.

WHAT ABOUT KITTYPETS, LONERS, AND/OR ROGUES? CAN I PLAY THEM TOO?
Of course! What kind of Warriors RPG site would this be without them? The kittypets, loners, and rogues role-play system is set up differently from clan and tribe cats, though. Becoming one is easy, just visit the specified pages- The Twoleg Place (for kittypets) and The Big Tree (for loners and rogues). Once your cat's name is added to the list, your cat will automatically get an attached "sub-page" where you can write your cat's unique special story. For example, how it was born, previous owners, kittypet or loner adventures, and other similar things.

Once you role-play one, and have your own sub-page, please keep in mind that it is not intended for profiling YOU, but your cat! If any misuse of the sub-page(s) occurs, it will be deleted immediately, and you may lose the privilege of being able to role-play non-tribe or clan cats.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO ON THIS SITE, BESIDES JUST ADD MY NAME TO A CLAN LIST?
There is definitely more to do on this site than just joining a clan and be done with it! If you are a kit, you have apprenticeship to look forward to! When your leader feels you are ready to become an apprentice, the next clan meeting will turn you into an apprentice and give you a mentor to obey! Your mentor and you would then each set up times to meet in your clan training hollow. Training takes patience, but once you are ready- you could then be promoted to warrior! On this site, you are able to receive warrior badges and ceremony badges.

As you can tell, there are fun things to look forward to once you join a clan!

WARRIOR BADGES AND CEREMONY BADGES?
These are the badges clan cats receive, when the time has come that they deserve it. To learn more about each, visit those pages:
WARRIOR BADGES
CEREMONY BADGES

WHAT HAPPENS AT ROLE-PLAY CLAN MEETINGS AND GATHERINGS? WHERE ARE THEY HELD?
It is up to the leader of the clan to situate times for clan meetings. Most of the time, the meetings are just days or weeks before the gathering to take care of ceremonies (kit to apprentice, or apprentice to warrior) and choose cats that are going to the gathering. Then the leader must go to the Moonledge to type in which cats are supposed to show up at that particular gathering.

Unfortunately, not all cats are allowed to go to each gathering, but there are turns so don't worry! When the gatherings begin, all cats are free to chat. Then, when the leaders are ready to report clan news, they silence all other cats and begin speaking. JUST LIKE IN THE BOOKS!

Clan meetings are held at their own highrocks. Yes, there are seperate highrocks for each clan. Gatherings are held at the Moonledge. To go there, CLICK HERE.

CAN MEMBERS JOIN MORE THAN ONE CLAN?
This is the complicated part of the role-playing. Most members want to play more than one cat, and that is most definitely allowed! Each cat does not have to be all in the same clan, so in doing so, that member would be joining more than one clan! In short, the answer to this question is "yes."

There is a restriction to the amount of cats each member is allowed to play. Before the restriction, each member played many cats, and it was hard to keep up with all duties. The creator then reduced the limit to 3, and suggests that each member DOES place all cats in a single clan, so that clan rivalries won't "cut the member apart!" What would happen if there were clan fights, and a member's cats all had to fight against each other? Hopefully, leaders (the members role-playing them), won't decide to have fights, but they may be present at this site- it is clan life!

IS THERE ANYTHING TO DO ON THIS SITE BESIDES ROLE-PLAYING A CAT? WHAT DO I DO WHEN THE CAT'S I PLAY ARE WAITING TO BECOME AN APPRENTICE OR WARRIOR?
Of course, if you visit the site everyday, you may get bored of waiting for the kit you play to finally become warrior. During your down time, you could join one of the contests held at the Fun Stuff page! This page is made for the members who are bored and waiting. Besides contests, there is also a game arcade where there are plenty of games for members to play! To visit the Fun Stuff page, CLICK HERE.

Another thing you would be able to spend your time on, is all the site activities that are made by the creator to keep members busy! Finally, obviously you could always: spend your down time in your den or nursery chatting with your friends, hunting and patrolling the borders with your clanmates, and training or working with your apprentice or mentor! Yes, there is so much you could do!

AM I ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE MY OWN SITE ON THIS ONE?
Many times, people go onto sites to start advertising their own, and end up getting kicked off the site. Here on this site, there is a special page to do this. Also, not only do you get to advertise your Warriors related sites and blogs, you also get to advertise those that aren't yours, and even ones that aren't Warriors related! Yes, it is a free for all advertising page! Just follow the instructions and add a link to the site or blog, and write a description of it in the right column. If you aren't a writer, just write up a thread at the bottom of the page asking someone who is to add it for you! Don't forget to type in the information needed though! And obviously, you could always apply to become a writer! Want to begin advertsing? CLICK HERE.

HOW CAN I BECOME A WRITER, MODERATOR, OR EVEN AN ADMINISTRATOR?
A couple of months ago, the creator made a rule that there could only be a certain amount of moderators and administrators on this site. Whenever there is a spot open for a new one, she always sends out notifying messages, so no one misses the opurtunity to become one. This rule was passed because the creator didn't want a hierarchy of "monarchs" ruling the site, and every member in it.

The rule only limits the amount of moderators and administrators on this site, but not the amount of writers! In fact, there is supposed to be "an endless amount of writers" on this site! Anyone is allowed to become one, as long as they followed instructions and typed up a "Writer Request." It is only the rule, but once you type up one, you become a writer- no matter how bad your reason or grammer was! If you want to fill out a "Writer Request," just look for the button at the top of the page. Those who aren't writers on this site automatically have the button on the top of each page, those who are writers already can't see it.

WHAT ARE "WEEKLY REMINDERS?"
"Weekly Reminders" are messages that are sent to all members of this site each week by the creator. All the members that answer within the next day with an "I'm Here," get a reply with a link to a page where they can then find the point/ticket they earned. The creator then creates big events that only people with enough tickets can enter and play in.

As you can tell, these events are specially made for those who are most loyal to the site. They are not created to make people feel left out, it is just an extra reward for those who made the site one of their priorities!

ARE THERE ANY RULES AND LIMITS ON THIS SITE?
On most sites, the creators have a specific "rules page" to direct what goes on at their site. On this site, there is not such a page. However, there are "common sense" rules such as:
1) DO NOT BE RUDE TO OTHER MEMBERS
2) DO NOT MAKE DRAMATIC CHANGES ON THE SITE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM A MODERATOR, ADMINISTRATOR, OR CREATOR.
Not following "common sense" rules such as these, will have consequences, depending on how bad a member was. For example, making a minor change for the better won't have a consequence, while deleting all information on a page will result in being banned!

Limits on the site only include the limits on the number of cats you are allowed to role-play. Members are allowed to create/role-play a total of 3 clan cats, 3 tribe-cats, and 3 kittypets and/or loners and rogues.

IS THERE AN AFFLIATES FEATURE ON THIS SITE?
Yes, yes, yes! To become an official affliate of this site, just post our site banner onto any site, blog, or any other web feature. Then, just message the creator telling the link to the site, and what you have done. After you receive a confirmation message, you will be told what to do. More information about it is available on the Affliates page.

IS THERE A WAY TO CONTACT THE CREATOR OUTSIDE THE SITE?
Of course! In case of a site accidental shut-down, or any other problem with the site, there has to be a way to communicate! Because of this, the creator created a site email. To learn more about this, just contact the creator! The site email is: goldenfurthewarrior@gmail.com

If you have any questions, or the site messaging system isn't working, just EMAIL THE CREATOR!

MORE FAQ ANSWERS WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON. IF YOU WANT YOUR QUESTION ANSWERED, YOU CAN ALWAYS CONTACT THE CREATOR OF THE SITE, OR LEAVE A THREAD ON THIS PAGE!
